§1 Terms of use and conclusion of contract
The operator of the website https://www.easyfind.ch/ (hereinafter referred to as the “website”) is RUBICON IT GmbH, Gonzagagasse 16, A-1010 Vienna (hereinafter referred to as the “operator”).
The use of the website is subject to these terms of use. By using the website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Any disputes arising in relation to these terms of use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant court in Vienna, unless the dispute concerns a consumer transaction according to applicable consumer protection provisions.
